We offer flexible customization with no minimum order (starting from 1 piece). Whether it's a single creation for an artist or a bulk order for a professional team.
How long will the production take ?
The production will be completed within 7 business days after the final design is confirmed.
What file formats should I provide?
Please use our official templates and submit your designs in AI (Adobe Illustrator) and Ensure all fonts are converted to outlines.
How do I ensure color accuracy?
We utilize high-quality dye-sublimation printing. Please be aware that screen displays (RGB) and physical printing (CMYK) have inherent color differences. According to industry standards, a color variation of up to ±2% is considered a normal physical tolerance. If you require precise color matching, please provide Pantone color codes for our reference.
We recommend avoiding overly subtle dark gradients to ensure visual depth is maintained within the ±2% tolerance range.
How long does shipping take?
Dispatch is arranged immediately after production. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier and destination (typically 5-14 business days for international express). Production time does not include shipping transit.
What is your return policy?
Due to the unique nature of custom products, we do not accept returns for non-quality issues (e.g., wrong size selected, subjective design preferences, or minor color variations). If a manufacturing defect is found, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.
